SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping policy states that each order will be packaged to the best of our ability to insure a safe transport. This includes double boxing and soft item wrapping, such as foam peanuts or bubble-wrap. If your items arrive damaged, we will pay the return shipping and offer a 100% refund on your purchase.
We also aim to ship your order out as soon as we can. This means that you can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If there is damage to your order when it arrives, there is a 14-day return period where we will pay for the return shipping and offer a full refund on your purchase or for an exchange of product. However, if you are unsatisfied with your items ordered, we have a 14-day guarantee for 50% of your order refund, shipping included.
